Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support, solution design, and customer implementation expertise for SafePass PAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and POC implementations
- Design and present technical solutions for customer security requirements
- Lead technical aspects of SafePass deployments
- Provide technical training to customer IT teams
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation
- Create technical documentation and best practice recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- 2+ years hands-on experience with PAM, IAM, or related technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration
- Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise authentication
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
